This project represents one of the most technically demanding and design-led kitchens we have ever delivered, with an 18-month journey from concept to completion. From the earliest stages—working alongside the builder and homeowner while the property was still under construction—we played a key role in shaping the architectural framework to suit the kitchen. This included defining precise window dimensions, wall alignments, ceiling heights, and coordinating first-fix electrical and plumbing positions to ensure absolute harmony between structure and interior.
At this level of design, success lies in millimetre-perfect execution. Every element of the space was built to exacting tolerances, allowing for the seamless integration of cabinetry, appliances, and architectural features. The result is a Handleless kitchen that feels effortlessly refined, where clean lines and uninterrupted surfaces create a sense of calm, balance, and understated luxury.
The cabinetry is finished in a striking Indigo Blue Supermatt, with true handleless doors and drawers set on perfectly matched carcases. The precision of the installation ensures flawless alignment across all elevations, reinforcing the purity of the design. This is complemented by a suite of top-spec appliances, carefully selected and integrated to maintain the minimalist aesthetic without compromising on performance.
A standout feature of the space is the Calacatta quartz worktop, which flows elegantly throughout, culminating in a dramatic waterfall end. The worktop detailing extends beyond the island, continuing seamlessly into the window sill, creating a unified surface that visually connects the interior with the external architecture. This level of detailing required meticulous planning and installation, with every junction executed to perfection.
Lighting plays a pivotal role in enhancing both the functionality and atmosphere of the kitchen. Discreetly inset within the cabinetry and architectural elements, the lighting has been carefully considered to highlight textures, define zones, and add depth to the overall design. The two-tier wall unit system further elevates the space, featuring backlit black glass lower units that introduce a subtle ambient glow, paired with full-depth Indigo Blue push-to-open units above for a clean, uninterrupted finish.
The Elica Induction Venting Hob sits seamlessly into the quartz worktop preserving the open sightlines and maintaining the sculptural quality of the island. Every component within the kitchen has been selected not only for its performance but for its ability to contribute to a cohesive, high-end aesthetic.
The finished space is a testament to the power of collaboration, precision engineering, and uncompromising attention to detail. It embodies a level of craftsmanship and specification that befits a property of this calibre, delivering a kitchen that is as functional as it is visually striking.
